Today we launch our £30 million appeal to fundraise for the new Alder Hey in the Park. We’re raising money for provide life-saving medical equipment, arts and play activities and funding for vital research.
We like to think of Alder Hey Children’s Hospital as The Land of Remarkable People. We’re hoping you’ll do something remarkable and support the life-saving work we do for the remarkable children we care for.
Ruben White and his family are one of many families supporting the appeal. Mum Ann Marie says: “Alder Hey is a remarkable hospital where every single person takes an interest in helping you. It is such a special place. From the canteen ladies who ask you how you are in the restaurant to the consultants and the nurses on the ward, there is a fantastic support network. I remember our family arriving at the hospital en masse and everyone looked after us. I can’t speak highly enough about the place – it’s revolutionized our life.”
Do something remarkable today and donate to Alder Hey Children’s Charity to support the remarkable children at Alder Hey. Donations can be made by phone on 0333 222 3888,on our website or by dropping in to the fundraising office at Alder Hey.
