Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving your items. We will be happy to refund or exchange an item once we have received it back assuming it is in its original packaging and in fully re-saleable condition. If items are not in fully re-saleable condition we reserve the right to refuse a refund/exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We are unable to refund any postage and packaging charges or any subsequent postage fees incurred in returning the item.

If you have received damaged products or we send a product in error or supply you with a substitute for an unavailable product and you do not want the substitute, please call our customer service team on 0151 252 5716. You may return this product and a full refund will be provided, including the costs of returning the product to us.

How to return items:

• Please return your items with your delivery slip, giving the reason for the return.
• If you do not have the original delivery slip, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return along with contact details, name, address and contact telephone number.
• In the case of a faulty item, please provide a full description of the fault.
• We recommend that you obtain proof of postage with returning parcels, as we are unable to accept responsibility if it fails to reach us.
